17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face,

18 so that your fasting may be seen not by others but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Prayer Focus: When you fast, may it transform you from the inside out. When you fast may the Lord see you. When you fast, may your “no” create opportunities to say yes. When you fast, may you lift up others. When you fast, may you worship the Lord in body, mind, and spirit today.
