New Horizons Circle

The New Horizons Circle was formed to support the traditions of Presbyterian Women and the Horizons Bible Study. We nurture our faith through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and support the mission of the church in the global community. We strive to build an inclusive group of women who together strengthen our church. We enjoy supporting the college students, shut-ins, and sponsor the “Unity Post” at Christmas. Tony Dehler Circle
When: First Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (September – May)
Where: Historic Sanctuary
A busy, service-oriented group of women defines the Tony Dehler Circle. Monthly gatherings include prayer, Bible study, and fellowship to explore how God’s wisdom can be applied to our lives. This circle supports college students and shut ins. We sponsor the Annual Christmas Auction benefitting the Fort Mill Care Center and contributing to the Hugh White Educational Scholarship Fund. Messy Motherhood
When: Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. (6 weeks)
Where: Zoom Meeting
Messy Motherhood, in conjunction with Adult Discipleship Ministry, is a group of moms with young children who meet on Zoom on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 8:30 for 6 weeks at a time throughout the year to read and discuss a book. Recent topics have included Bible Study, Sharing faith with children, Prayer, and Spiritual practices. At the end of each 6-week study, we meet at a local restaurant for a dutch treat meal and fellowship. New members are welcome at the beginning of each 6-week study. Sisters in Service
If you love to serve and fellowship with amazing ladies, then Sisters in Service is the group for you! Sisters in Service gathers every other month for fellowship and to serve our local community. Unity Book Club
When: 2nd Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. (September – June)
Where: Heritage Room
The Unity Book Club meets monthly to read and discuss a book chosen by the group. We read a variety of fiction and nonfiction books during the year. A list of books for the upcoming months is available upon request. If you have love of reading and would like to spend time in fellowship with others who have the same interest, then this is the group for you!
