Tuesday Morning Yoga

The Tuesday morning Yoga Class has a new start time – 10:00 AM – Join us for an hour of yoga and fellowship led by Carrie Stapleton in the Historic Sanctuary! There is a $5 fee for each class you attend. No gym fees, no contracts. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!

RHYTHM and MOVES (9:30 a.m.): This 50-minute class is for those who enjoy all types of music and wish to improve their balance, flexibility and mobility.
