The theme for Unity’s Advent devotions this year will be: “A Place for…” and will focus on the words associated with each of the Advent wreath candles: Hope, Peace, Joy, Love, and Christ. Sign up for a particular day’s scripture. Then, write a brief (250 word) devotion sharing how that scripture connects to that week’s word and what it has to say to you as you prepare for the coming of the Christ child. Devotions may be written by individuals, couples, or families of all ages. Artwork by people of all ages is also welcome. Contact Kathryn McGregor at KMcGregor@UnityFortMill.org for instructions on submitting artwork. The deadline for turning in your devotions is November 8.
