Scripture – Ephesians 1:11-12

11 In Christ we have also obtained an inheritance, having been destined according to the purpose of him who accomplishes all things according to his counsel and will,

12 so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, might live for the praise of his glory.

Prayer Focus: In Christ we are not merely brought into the family of God as second-class citizens. In Christ we are adopted as full members of the family who will receive an inheritance. We will receive this inheritance merely through the will of God. Knowing this gift, we might live for the praise of God’s glory. Pray that you might live with praise today!
