13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if salt has lost its taste, how can its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything, but is thrown out and trampled under foot.
Prayer Focus: This week we turn to the second key verb in the Annual Vision of Ministry: restoring. We will look at two texts this week. The first is from the Sermon on the Mount. You are salt. You bring taste and spice to the world. However, if that saltiness is lost, how can it be restored? Pray today for those who have lost their way, who have forgotten who they are. Pray that you will be salt for them today.
