Sunday, January 17: Scripture – I Samuel 3:10
10 Now the Lord came and stood there, calling as before, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”
Prayer Focus: The Lord calls Samuel a fourth time – the Lord is nothing if not persistent! And Samuel responds with the words that Eli has given him. “Speak, for your servant is listening.” Pray that the Lord might speak clearly and persuasively today. Pray that the words you hear in worship today will be God’s Word to you. Pray that you might respond with a heart open to listen.
