Sunday, November 20: Scripture – Colossians 1:19-20
19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell,
20 and through him God was pleased to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, by making peace through the blood of his cross.
Prayer Focus: Reconciliation. Peace making. Two difficult tasks. Two things that we fail at over and over again. Yet, Christ succeeds where we cannot. Christ makes a way when there is no way. Therefore we gather today, on Christ the King Sunday, to praise and celebrate the incredible ministry of Jesus Christ. Pray today that our lives and ministry might reflect the gifts which we have been given through Christ.
