5 Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus,

Prayer Focus: Paul sums up his opening call to be “of the same mind, having the same love,” with an invitation: “Let the same mind be in you that was in Christ Jesus.” Long before the WWJD silicone bracelets (What Would Jesus Do?) became a fad, the apostle Paul was encouraging followers of Christ to look to Jesus for inspiration on how they might think and live. Pray for the mind of Christ to be in you today. Pray for the mind of Christ to fill your thoughts and your actions today. Pray that you might be more like Jesus today.
