Scripture – Matthew 24:30-31

30 “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see ‘the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven’ with power and great glory.

31 And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Prayer Focus: Occasionally we wonder if we will notice when Christ returns to make all things new. In these verses, Jesus seems to indicate that it will be obvious. The sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and they’ll see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power, glory, angels, trumpets, and winds. Give thanks that the Lord is coming and when that time comes, no one will be able to miss it.
