12 Therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. 13 Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.

Prayer Focus: Our second text this week draws us both into God’s Word and then out into the world with how we live. Take a look at what you are wearing as you read this devotion. What might someone see and think if they saw you wearing your clothing – comfortable, business-like, engaging, stand-offish, fun, serious, etc.? How would you clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience? Pray that others might see you, whatever clothes you might be wearing, and as they see you that they will know you are a disciple of Jesus.
