Pathways Community Center
Pathways Community Center promotes collaboration among service providers, connecting those in poverty with resources that pave a path towards self-sufficiency. Pathways is an intake and referral agency and houses essential nonprofits that help clients become stable and achieve self-sufficiency. Located in a former elementary school, on-site resource providers receive partnership and support from the Pathways team. We operate as a central hub, facilitating intake, assessment, referral, and resources to those who come through our doors.
Our Community Center empowers a collaborative, rather than a competitive approach, working in synergy to reduce the impact of poverty and homelessness in our community. Working together, we are making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors in need of support.
VISION
To effectively reduce the impact of poverty and homelessness in our community.
MISSION
To be York County’s single location, which promotes collaboration among service providers and connects people in need with those agencies to help them move towards self-sufficiency.
