Middle School Trips

2025 Middle School Asheville Youth Mission Weekend

Who: Current 6th-8th graders

When: February 21-23, 2025

Where: First Presbyterian Church, Asheville, NC

Cost: $175

Located in the mountains of North Carolina, Asheville Youth Mission gives young people an opportunity to explore the hidden needs and struggles of those who are living on the margins within and around a beautiful tourist town.  Groups will work with a variety of agencies working with those who are homeless, in poverty, or food insecure, both in urban and rural settings.

Massanetta Middle School Conference

Who: Current 5th-8th graders

When: July 15-18, 2025

Cost: $415

Where: Massanetta Springs, VA

Massanetta Springs Middle School Conference is a transformational program that welcomes hundreds of middle schoolers and their leaders from all over the country each summer. Participants attend keynotes, recreation, workshops, and worship designed by the Advocates (high school leaders) with them in mind. Encounter Groups provide an opportunity to reflect and learn alongside youth from other places, led by Advocates.

High School Trips

2025 High School Hurricane Helene Recovery Trip

Who: Current 9th-12th graders

When: March 21-23, 2025

Where: To be announced

Cost: Estimated $175 per youth. More details TBA.

We are in conversation with various churches and organizations to determine the most meaningful way for our youth to engage in disaster recovery. As these discussions continue, we want to make families aware of this trip date. Please register if you PLAN/HOPE to attend the trip. We are attempting to assess interest in order to aid our planning process.

No trip deposit is due at this time and this registration is not binding at this time.  We hope you will join for this meaningful opportunity to engage in God’s work! We will share more details as they become available.

High School St. Simons Mission Week

For: Current 8th-12th graders

When: June 22nd-June 27th, 2025

Where: St. Simons Presbyterian Church, St. Simons Island, GA

Cost: $415

Join us for an adventure in environmental stewardship and faith building as part of the BRIDGE Mission Program at St. Simons Presbyterian Church. This exciting program encourages young people to build relationships and deepen their faith through eco service and learning focused on Creation Care and environmental stewardship. 

This unique program focuses on ecological education, teaching students about the current environmental challenges and offering simple and effective ways to take care of God’s creation in their daily lives. While cleaning up marine debris, researching with environmental experts, learning about the importance of biodiversity, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings, participants will explore their impact on the earth through the lens of the Christian faith.

High School Montreat Youth Conference

Who: Current 8th -12th graders

When: July 27-August 2

Cost: $600

Where: Montreat Conference Center, Black Mountain, NC

Montreat Youth Conference affirms youth in their calling to be and to shape the church of today and tomorrow.  It is a place where authenticity, community, connection, and God’s truth thrive.

Through daily worship, keynote, recreation, and small groups with over a thousand other young people of faith, Montreat helps youth form deep, spiritual, and intentional relationships with God, themselves, and others.
