SUNDAY MORNINGS
With a dedicated staff and team of amazing volunteers, we provide many opportunities for children of all ages to worship and grow with us on Sundays. From Nursery and Children in Worship to Faith Formation, we have programming for every child.

Our nursery provides a safe and loving environment for young children while their parents participate in Worship, Faith Formation, and select events. We provide a nursery during both worship services and the Faith Formation hour. Consistency is important for children – we have talented and loving paid Nursery Caregivers present every Sunday who collectively, have faithfully served Unity’s children for over 50 years, as well as trained volunteers who enjoy engaging with our little ones. Children in the Toddler/Preschool Nursery hear a Bible story, sing, pray, and do a simple craft that goes along with the story each week.
After the children’s message during both worship services, children (age 4 before September 1st, 2024, and those currently in Kindergarten and 1st Grade) are invited to participate in Children in Worship. This program is a very special place where children can come to encounter God, be still with God, and listen to and nurture their spiritual life. CIW is formed to help children learn how to follow along in worship and prepare them for when they attend “big church” with their parents. Children join their parents for the first part of worship and leave the service after the Time with Children.
Faith Formation for Children meets on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
Children explore a Bible story each week with loving, creative adult and youth leaders who use a variety of activities from crafts, games, and drama. No registration is needed. Come join the fun!
