Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 11:15 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Long time Complex fitness instructor, Penny Pierce leads the Monday and Thursday Fitness. Carrie Stapleton leads the Yoga Class on Tuesdays. There will be a nominal fee of $5 per class.
Maintaining a consistent fitness routine is so important at any age. This fitness and yoga classes are designed to be low impact to prevent injury, while also increasing muscle strength, balance, and energy levels. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer seated exercises or require support while standing.
