Join us for Lunch Bunch on Wednesday, October 28, at noon in the Fellowship Hall. Atty. Barry Mack (Barron B. Mack, Jr.) will share the basic issues and concerns when planning for your death and disability, including the use of Last Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorneys. There will be some discussion of related issues such as probate administration, probate avoidance, estate taxes and Medicaid planning. Lastly, what considerations go into charitable giving and the methods to achieve that goal as a part of your estate plan. Bring your salad or sandwich for lunch.
