Scripture – Exodus 16:8

8 And Moses said, “When the Lord gives you meat to eat in the evening and your fill of bread in the morning, because the Lord has heard the complaining that you utter against him—what are we? Your complaining is not against us but against the Lord.”

Prayer Focus: Then in verse eight we find the promise of meat to eat in the evening and your fill of bread in the morning. God has heard the complaining of the people. God knows that the complaints are not against Moses and Aaron – they are against the Lord. When you hear complaints today, try to discern if they are against you or against something larger than you. God is big enough to hear and respond to the complaints!
