Prayer Focus: We all tend to prefer those who tell us what we would like to hear, rather than those who either provide correction or a hard truth. Amos as a prophet certainly knew this to be the case. Pray for prophets today who lift up the truth and point out the ways in which we fall short from God’s vision for human life. Pray that you might have ears to hear the truth as it is shared with you today.
