4 have you not made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts? 

Prayer Focus: It’s not a bad thing to make judgements.  We make judgements every day…will I be cool enough in these clothes if its going to be hot?  Can I carry all the grocery bags in one load, or do I have to make more than one trip?  Can I make it across town in time for my appointment if I garden for 30 more minutes?  Judgement is a part of life, but when those judgements cause us to treat someone as less than God’s beloved child, then it becomes a negative driving force in our life.  Pray this week that as individuals, and as the Church, that we might not allow negative judgements cloud our ability to treat everyone with loving kindness.
