2 He removes every branch in me that bears no fruit. Every branch that bears fruit he prunes to make it bear more fruit.
3 You have already been cleansed by the word that I have spoken to you.
Prayer Focus: What in your life is not bearing fruit? What, in our church, is not bearing fruit? It may still be connected; it may be taking up time or space or energy or resources, but it is draining you instead of helping you to bear fruit. I encourage you to really reflect today on where you are growing and bearing fruit. Pray for wisdom to discern what might need to be pruned so that you might bear more fruit.
