Tuesday, July 19: Scripture – Psalm 56:4
3 In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I am not afraid;
what can flesh do to me?
Prayer Focus: In God I trust. That is the reframe of the psalmist this week. In God I trust. I wonder how each of us might feel if we repeated these words to ourselves as frequently as the psalmist does. In God I trust. No matter what is going on in the world. In God I trust. Even if things get scary. In God I trust. When uncertainty looms in front of us like a giant storm cloud…in God I trust. Pray that the more you practice trusting God, the more you might feel it and come to live into that truth.
