“By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Prayer Focus: Once the passage was selected, it was time for the rest of the youth group to think about what Jesus’ words meant for them in their daily lives. Middle school youth were asked “what is God saying to you in this passage?” Here are a few of their responses:

Love everyone, even if you don’t like them.

No matter what, we should be kind and loving to everyone.

God is saying to love others and not to judge even if they are different.
