10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and put a new and right spirit within me.
Prayer Focus: It is only God who can cleanse us from our sins. It is only God who can create a clean heart and put a new and right spirit within us. And that is exactly what God wants to do. Create us in clean hearts, O God, and put a new and right spirit within us so that we might extend the same mercy to others. Transformed by God from the inside out, we can join God’s work of reconciliation in the world.
