Prayer Focus: Last week was Pentecost, when we celebrated the gift of the Spirit. This week, Trinity Sunday, we affirm that the Spirit has always been active and present with God and with Jesus Christ. This is the same Spirit that is with us each and every day, blowing through our lives. To be “born of the Spirit,” is to allow the Spirit to move us where she will. To trust the Spirit, and relinquish our control of the physical, so that we might allow ourselves to experience the spiritual. Pray today that you might let go of control and allow the Spirit to move you where it is calling you to go.
