Thursday, December 22: Scripture – Luke 2:13-14
13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host,[a] praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace among those whom he favors!”
Can you imagine being visited by a multitude of angels? Singing and praising God! What would you feel? Probably fright and awe. But this choir came to bring good news and to praise God. To bring the news that Jesus was born!
Prayer: Dear God, Thank you for sending a multitude of angels to remind us of the Glory of God and comfort us when we’re frightened.
