Thursday, August 3: Scripture – Isaiah 55:5
5 See, you shall call nations that you do not know,
and nations that do not know you shall run to you,
because of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel,
for he has glorified you.
Prayer Focus: This new beginning that the Lord promises God’s people is not just for them. So often our vision is too small. God’s vision is for all the nations. When the nations are called, even those that do not know the Lord, they shall come. They shall see God’s glory in God’s people and be drawn to it. As yesterday you prayed that God’s love might be evident in you, today pray that God’s glory might shine through you. May someone see God in you today!
