Prayer Focus: The second scripture that we will hear on Sunday comes from the last supper that Jesus shared with his disciples before his arrest. Notice how the story is framed: Jesus loved his disciples to the end. He even loved Judas who would betray him. He loved Judas so much that Judas was invited to remain at the table during supper. Jesus even washed Judas’ feet during this supper! No matter what you have done or left undone, Jesus loves you to the end. You are loved. Pray that you might really know that today and also that you might share that good news with someone else who needs to hear it.
