13 Then shall the young women rejoice in the dance, and the young men and the old shall be merry. I will turn their mourning into joy, I will comfort them, and give them gladness for sorrow.
14 I will give the priests their fill of fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my bounty, says the Lord.
Prayer Focus: Time and time again throughout the scriptures, we see that the mark of the Lord’s presence in our lives is joy. The Lord will turn our mourning into joy; we will know comfort and gladness instead of sorrow. We shall be satisfied with what the Lord provides. Not striving for something greater or something more. No, we will be joyful, comforted, and satisfied. Pray that you might know joy and comfort. Pray that you might extend that same gift to someone else today. Pray that you might see all generations rejoice and be merry.
