If you’re like me, you probably read over those unfamiliar names in a hurry… if you actually read them at all! However, they are important because they tell the Genealogy of JESUS the Messiah.
I have one of those “unfamiliar” names. This is my lineage on my mother’s side.

I credit my love of teaching and the joy of children to my Mama. I probably got my tendency to worry from my dear Mammy, my namesake. My appreciation of nature can be traced back to Daddy Joe Vereen. I can confidently say that the love of Jesus was passed down through these generations!
Knowing where we came from is important! It can help direct us toward a positive future…a future that is based on the love of Jesus.
