Sunday, August 21: Scripture – Mark 6:42-44
42 And all ate and were filled,
43 and they took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and of the fish.
44 Those who had eaten the loaves numbered five thousand men.
Prayer Focus: Everyone ate and was filled. They did not just get a bite of bread and a small cup of juice. Everyone ate and was filled – plus there were twelve baskets full of leftovers. Five thousand men ate so maybe there were even more women and children. Pray that everyone might be filled today. Pray that you might gather up the leftovers so that you might share with others who still find themselves hungry. Pray for our Youth as they lead us in worship today!
