15 When the Israelites saw it, they said to one another, “What is it?” For they did not know what it was. Moses said to them, “It is the bread that the Lord has given you to eat.

Prayer Focus: The Israelites see this fine flaky substance and they say to one another “manna?” That’s the Hebrew word for “What is it?” Do you have a favorite meal or something you always order at a restaurant? Instead of being able to count on that, imagine eating “What is it?” for 40 years in the wilderness? Give thanks for the good food that you enjoy. Give thanks for the new flavors and tastes you might find today.
