Saturday, July 30: Scripture – 1 Corinthians 12:12-13
12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
13 For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.
Prayer Focus: In the Spirit, we were all baptized into one body – Jews or Greeks, slaves or free. The diversity of the body of Christ as a gift from God through the Holy Spirit shines through again. Are you still connected with the body of Christ or have you drifted away? Drink again of the one Spirit today. Pray that your connections with Christ and the body of Christ will grow deeper and more fulfilling today.
