1 Happy is everyone who fears the Lord,
who walks in his ways.
2 You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands;
you shall be happy, and it shall go well with you.
Prayer Focus: How would you define a “good life?” Here in the psalm, we find a good life, a blessed life, as one who walks in the ways of the Lord, who is in awe of God’s goodness, and who provides sustenance through their labor. What would you add to that list? Pray that you might experience God’s blessings on this journey to Jerusalem.
