Monday, February 14: Scripture – Luke 6:27-28
27 “But I say to you that listen, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,
28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you.
Prayer Focus: On this day dedicated to love, we hear Jesus say, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.” That’s not the normal Valentine’s Day message, is it? Put the best interest of your enemies above your own. Seek the welfare of those who hate you. However, if we are really going to love our neighbors in the same way that God loves us, then that’s the kind of love required. Pray that you might love, I mean really love, today.
