Friday, May 26: Scripture – Numbers 11:26
26 Two men remained in the camp, one named Eldad and the other named Medad, and the spirit rested on them; they were among those registered, but they had not gone out to the tent, so they prophesied in the camp.
Prayer Focus: Two of the seventy did not gather with the others at the tent of meeting. And yet the spirit came and rested upon them too. They prophesied in the camp. I wonder if the people as a whole knew what was happening? If not, the fact that Eldad and Medad were touched by the spirit and prophesying in the camp might have been terrifying. Pray that you might see the hand of the Lord at work in unexpected places today. Pray that you might not be afraid. Trust that the Lord is at work through the Spirit.
