8 See, I am going to bring them from the land of the north
and gather them from the farthest parts of the earth,
among them the blind and the lame,
those with child and those in labor together;
a great company, they shall return here.
Prayer Focus: Those who return are not the highest and the best; it is not the strongest and the mightiest in battle who lead this parade. From the farthest places of the earth come the blind and the lame, those pregnant with child. A great and diverse company shall return. Pray for all those who hear God’s call. Pray that you might expect a far bigger and more diverse community than has ever been gathered before. For God is going to do this.
