6 When he had said this, he spat on the ground and made mud with the saliva and spread the mud on the man’s eyes, 7 saying to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which means Sent). Then he went and washed and came back able to see.
Prayer Focus: In a very tactile way, Jesus heals the man blind from birth. He spat on the ground (ew!) and made some mud that he put on the man’s eyes. Then he told him to go and wash. The man followed Jesus’ instructions and came back able to see. Would you follow such strange instructions? What do you think was the first thing the man was able to see as a result? Pray for faith to follow and eyes to see Jesus at work in the world today.
