Prayer Focus: Don’t get caught up in what these creatures look like, pay attention to what they are doing. Their one function is to praise God day and night. They are modeling the behavior that all followers, or witnesses, should be doing. In all circumstances, no matter what is going on, they are praising God. These words show up in our hymn for this Sunday, Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, they are familiar, yet do we fully understand their meaning? Today as you think on these words, pray that you might live your life in a way that praises God.
