Wednesday, August 2: Scripture – Isaiah 55:3-4
3 Incline your ear, and come to me;
listen, so that you may live.
I will make with you an everlasting covenant,
my steadfast, sure love for David.
4 See, I made him a witness to the peoples,
a leader and commander for the peoples.
Prayer Focus: God makes an everlasting covenant with David because God loved David. God makes an everlasting covenant with you because God loves you. Incline your ear and come to the Lord, listen so that you may live because God loves you. Be a witness, a leader, a servant for the people because God loves you. Pray that everything you do today will help others see and know that God loves you. And remember, God loves them too.
