Friday, November 18: Scripture – Colossians 1:17
17 He himself is before all things, and in him all things hold together.
Prayer Focus: Do you ever feel like everything is slipping through your fingers? Like the tighter you cling to those things that matter to you, the faster they slip away? Life is full of good things we want to hold close, but too often we try to hold too much. And yet, notice that in this season of autumn, the changing colors of the leaves are trying to tell us just how beautiful it is to let things go. Pray this week that you might let go of heavy burdens with peace and confidence because we know that Jesus Christ holds everything that we cannot.
