Friday, July 8: Scripture – Revelation 22:5
5 And there will be no more night; they need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.
Prayer Focus: No more night. For those who are scared of the dark, this sounds like very good news. For those who find the darkness a time of rest, recovery, and growth this is perhaps a bit troubling. The promise is that the Lord will be their light and as the Lord is always present, the darkness will fade away and not be missed. Pray that you might live in the light of the Lord today. May the word of the Lord be a light unto your path.
