Wednesday, June 22: Scripture – 1 Samuel 10:3-4
3 Then you shall go on from there further and come to the oak of Tabor; three men going up to God at Bethel will meet you there: one carrying three kids, another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a skin of wine.
4 They will greet you and give you two loaves of bread, which you shall accept from them.
Prayer Focus: After hearing that the donkeys have been found, Saul will meet three other men and they will give him two loaves of bread. However, it seems that the men will keep the three kids and the skin of wine. What do you have to share with someone in need today? You do not have to give away everything. Just enough for your neighbor to be fed. Again, what do you have to share with someone in need today? Pray that the Spirit might empower you to share it.
