Prayer Focus: The Lord will put the Spirit of God within you and you shall live. Pause for a moment today and pay attention to your breath. Breathe in and breathe out. Breathe in the Holy Spirit and breathe out hopeless. Breathe in the Holy Spirit and breathe out decay. Breathe in the Holy Spirit and breathe out despair. Breathe in the Holy Spirit and live!
