28 When they heard this, all in the synagogue were filled with rage.
Prayer Focus: The crowd that moments ago all spoke well of Jesus, filled with pride at his words, now are filled with rage. All in the synagogue were filled with rage. There appears to be no middle ground with Jesus. Either they were all amazed or they were all filled with rage. Pay attention to where Jesus angers you today. It might be exactly the place where he is calling you to repentance and new life.
