29 Then he said to her, “For saying that, you may go—the demon has left your daughter.”
30 So she went home, found the child lying on the bed, and the demon gone.
Prayer Focus: Jesus is moved and impressed. Maybe he knew she was going to teach him and his disciples something about God’s amazing grace. Maybe Jesus just needed the reminder himself because he was tired. The boundary between Jew and Gentile is crossed and the child is healed. Pray that what separates us in our efforts to care will be put aside today. Pray that the children might be healed.
