2 Thus says the Lord: The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness; when Israel sought for rest,
3 the Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.
Prayer Focus: You have survived the sword. You have found grace in the wilderness. You have been loved with an everlasting love. God has been faithful to you. I’m not sure there is a better assurance of hope than that. God’s love is everlasting and God’s faithfulness is sure and true. Give thanks that you are loved – and really believe that it is true.
