6 he says, “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the survivors of Israel; I will give you as a light to the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
Prayer Focus: How often is our vision of God’s plan and purpose for our life too small? We tend to think of what we can accomplish on our own. God says it is too small a thing for the servant to just save the tribes of Jacob and Israel. That is a worthy goal, but it is not nearly enough. Instead, the servant is to be a light to the nations so that the salvation of the Lord may reach to the ends of the earth. Pray that you might lift up your eyes and see the big, grand, and bold vision of God. Pray that you might live into it today – even to the ends of the earth!
