This Sunday, September 6, is Peanut Butter & Jelly Sunday.  Last month, we collected 381 lbs. of food and supplies for the Fort Mill Care Center, bringing our year-to-date total to 2,838 lbs. Current needs at the Care Center include canned potatoes, canned chili beans, canned collards, cooking oil & spray, salad dressing, Teriyaki sauce, frosting, and coffee. (NOTE: Any food, hygiene, or cleaning items are welcome, but they are currently overstocked on pasta and peanut butter.) Please bring your donations and deposit them in the collection box in the Narthex any time you are at church.  You can also drop off donations, including any refrigerated items, directly at the Fort Mill Care Center. Summer hours for the Care Center are Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 12 and Wednesday from 5 to 7. They will be closed on Friday through Labor Day. Please have them weigh the donation and please send an Email with the total weight to Larry Terrell at larry.terrell@sbcglobal.net.
