Scripture – Matthew 5:45

so that you may be children of your Father in heaven, for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.

Prayer Focus: Why love people the way God loves us?  Because we are all children of God.  Whether we get things right, or mess up daily, we are children of God.  Nothing we do or say can ever change the fact that every single human being belongs to God.  I wonder what the world would look like if we all believed our belovedness?  If you believed you were beloved, and believed that your neighbor was just as beloved, would you treat each other differently?  Would you see your enemy through God’s eyes if you trusted that they were beloved as well?  Pray this week that we might all live into our belovedness.
