2 I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to damage earth and sea,
3 saying, “Do not damage the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have marked the servants of our God with a seal on their foreheads.”
Prayer Focus: John now sees another angel, this one with a loud voice of authority which commands the other angels. They are to hold the destructive winds until the servants of God have been marked. If someone looked at you, could they tell you are a follower of Jesus Christ? How would they know? Pray that you might be marked by the Holy Spirit and the presence of Christ today so that no one can doubt that you belong to God.
